Baltimore, MD. November 16, 2023 – Once again, Amazon faces a potential Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) discrimination claim for failure to accommodate blind employees. Quinn Patton, formerly the Quinn Law Group, represents Mr. Johnson, an employee at an Amazon warehouse in Baltimore, MD, who is demanding a safe work environment. Amazon has failed to accommodate our client’s vision loss, as required per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), putting him in significant danger of physical harm. He suffered further retaliation after complaining of these unsafe conditions.
